You MUST be currently living in Qatar.

This role is for

immediate hire

, preferably on a

Secondment basis

(on your current visa). We will also consider strong candidates who require

Sponsorship Transfer (with NOC)

The Role

We need a hands-on

Fit-out Supervisor

who knows how to run a site.

You will be on-site daily, managing the workers, checking the quality of the finishing, and making sure the project finishes on time. You are the eyes and ears of the company on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management:

Supervise the site daily. Manage subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure everyone is working efficiently.

Quality Control:

Check the quality of all work (gypsum, painting, joinery, tiling, etc.). We expect high-quality finishing.

Drawings:

Read and understand execution drawings and make sure the site team follows them exactly.

Progress Tracking:

Push the team to meet deadlines. Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Materials:

Check material deliveries and ensure nothing gets wasted or goes missing.

Safety:

Ensure the site is safe and clean at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in

Interior Fit-out

in Qatar. (General construction experience is not enough; you must know fit-out/finishing).

Technical Skills:

You can read drawings and plans perfectly.

Leadership:

You have a strong personality. You can manage labor and make sure they work hard.

Language (Required):

You

must

have excellent professional skills in

English

(spoken and written) to report to management.

Driver's License:

A valid Qatar Driving License is highly preferred.

Big Advantages (Preferred but Not Required)

You can also

speak Arabic

(to communicate with specific client representatives or suppliers). You have a car.

Salary:

Competitive / Discussed upon interview
