About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee our

fit-out and interior design projects

. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering interior projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and finishing works. Supervise all finishing activities including drywall, flooring, painting, tiling, carpentry, and MEP coordination. Ensure project execution aligns with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations. Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Manage resources and control budgets throughout the finishing phase. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports. Ensure compliance with

local building codes, municipal regulations, and health authority requirements

, as applicable.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in site supervision, specifically in

fit-out and interior projects

. Strong knowledge of construction processes, finishing techniques, drawings, and materials. Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects on schedule. Must be currently residing in the

UAE

(for in person interviews). UAE driving license is a

plus

. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and quality focused approach.
