Fit Out Site Supervisor (uae Experienced With Driving License)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Fit-out Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site operations, strong technical knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: . Supervise and monitor all fit-out and finishing works. . Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials efficiently. . Ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. . Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers. . Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports. . Plan site activities and meet project deadlines. Requirements: . Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior/fit-out supervision. . Strong knowledge of finishing works (joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, MEP coordination). . Familiar with UAE authority regulations and safety codes. . Excellent leadership and communication skills. . Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). . Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
