. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution, timely progress, and premium quality finishes , with a hands-on approach from start to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Manage
labor teams, site foremen, and client
efficiently.
Coordinate with
designers, project managers, and suppliers
to ensure timely material deliveries and smooth execution.
Implement and monitor
site protection, health & safety standards, and quality control procedures
.
Interpret
technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
to guide execution.
Provide
daily progress reports
, site photographs, and activity logs to the office team.
Should have knowledge of
Joinery Fit-out & Familiar with AutoCAD & 3D
?
1-3 years of site supervision experience
in
luxury interior fit-out
within the UAE market.
? Strong
understanding of drawings, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination
, and installation sequences.
?
Organized, disciplined, and proactive
in solving site challenges.
? Strong interpersonal skills , able to coordinate between
office teams, site labor, and suppliers
effectively.
? Valid UAE driving license is
plus point
.
