We are seeking a highly skilled Fit-out Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site operations, strong technical knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all fit-out and finishing works. Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials efficiently. Ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports. Plan site activities and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior/fit-out supervision. Strong knowledge of finishing works (joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, MEP coordination). Familiar with UAE authority regulations and safety codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
