Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP teams.
Prepare site reports, snag lists, and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.
Submit online permits and approvals
through Dubai authorities (DM, DCD, DDA, DSO, Free Zones, building management portals).
Upload drawings/documents, follow up on approvals, and schedule inspections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
2-5+ years of UAE fit-out site experience.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing and AutoCAD.
Experience handling online permit submissions in Dubai (mandatory).
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
