Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
cost estimates

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate material take-offs and costings.
Evaluate
subcontractor and supplier quotations
to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Monitor project budgets and
prepare cost reports
throughout project life cycles.
Conduct
site visits
to assess project progress and verify quantities on-site.
Support the procurement team in
negotiating contracts
and managing subcontractor agreements.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand scope and resolve cost-related issues.
Assist in
value engineering
to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Update and maintain a
cost database
for internal reference and future projects.
Requirements:
