Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
- Measure and value work done, ensuring accuracy in quantities and costs
- Handle tender submissions, negotiations, and contract administration
- Monitor project costs, including variations, and ensure budget adherence
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in fit-out quantity surveying (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of local fit-out market rates, materials, and construction practices
- Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in cost management, post-contract cost control, or project budgeting
