Are you an experienced Fit-out Project Manager looking for a new opportunity? Join our client, a reputable specialist fit-out company with exciting projects who are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a large-scale hospitality project in Dubai.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fit-out construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in fit-out construction projects, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Experience in the UAE is essential.
