Job Description
A leading Project Management firm in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design and construction process for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Oversee all aspects of design and construction, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Coordinate with internal and external team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Attend project meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Manage client relationships including providing weekly progress reports
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize potential project risks
- Oversee the preparation of bid documents and assist with the selection of contractors
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
- A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working in Architecture in a project or design management role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience managing projects in Dubai or the UAE is preferred
