Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Fitout Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate interior fitout projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, teams, subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Projects may include commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Develop project scope, schedules, and budget plans Prepare and review design documentation and construction drawings Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and clients

Site Management

Supervise on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Monitor progress and conduct site inspections regularly Manage site logistics and resolve any on-site issues

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and consultants Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations

Budget & Procurement

Track project costs and control expenses to stay within budget Oversee procurement of materials, furnishings, and subcontractor services

Team Coordination

Manage site and office-based project teams Lead regular site meetings with all involved parties

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in fitout project management Proven track record in managing high-end interior fitout projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
