Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fit-Out Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage fit-out projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the project vision is accurately translated into reality. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and manpower. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Lead, supervise, and mentor site teams, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging professional development. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Implement best practices in project management to maximize efficiency and minimize risks. Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained, including contracts, invoices, and project reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out management or relevant construction management roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
