We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out & Joinery Estimator to handle end-to-end estimation for villa and apartment renovation and modification projects.
This role is not limited to BOQ or quantity take-off, the candidate must be responsible for full pricing, tendering, and cost buildup.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare complete cost estimates for fit-out, joinery, and related civil works. Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents. Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, rate analysis, and pricing. Obtain, compare, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Finalize tender pricing, assumptions, exclusions, and margins. Support management during tender clarifications and negotiations.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4-8 years UAE experience as an Estimator (Fit-Out / Joinery). Experience in villa and apartment renovation & modification projects.
Must be involved in pricing & tender finalization, not BOQ-only roles.
Proficient in PlanSwift / CostX / MS Excel. UAE contracting or fit-out company experience is mandatory.Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
