Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator with at least 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project specifications, and contributing to successful project bidding and execution. Proficiency in CostX and Causeway software is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-off, cost estimates and BOQs for interior, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects. Evaluate tender documents, analyse drawings, specifications, and RFIs to prepare a comprehensive project estimate. Prepare inquiry package and communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Support the project team with cost analysis and commercial planning. Prepare an accurate estimate report ready for review with the line manager ahead of the submission deadline. Track project status and maintain updated unit pricing database for management review and future pricing references. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating within the interior fit-out industry. Proficient or ability to adopt estimating software such as CostX and Causeway - is a plus factor. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
