Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets within the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and qualify opportunities within the Dubai interior fitout market.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
Attend industry events and network to expand Rectangle Interiors' reach.
Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior fitout, construction, or related industry in Dubai.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network of contacts within the Dubai construction/design industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
UAE Driving License.
