Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out and finishing works on site.
Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and productivity.
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and other trades for smooth execution.
Monitor material usage and maintain daily site progress reports.
Enforce health and safety procedures and good housekeeping on site.
Support snagging, final finishing, and project handover activities.
Report progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or technical certificate in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Fit-Out.
2-5 years
of experience in interior fit-out or finishing projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of partitions, ceilings, joinery, tiling, painting, and final finishes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and supervise site execution.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with UAE construction safety standards and site regulations.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
