Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil/MEP Foreman to manage and coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations in Fit-Out projects.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Fit-Out projects in the UAE. Only candidates who can join immediately should apply.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee MEP and civil installation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications. Should be able to handle sites independently. Plan and manage workforce and material requirements efficiently. Must be able to read and interpret drawings, details, material finishes, and construction specifications. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, safely, and as per standards. Previous experience in executing fit-out construction projects is required. Coordinate all on-site operations from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety, time, budget, and quality requirements. Work closely with subcontractors and other construction professionals. Manage site logistics, including deliveries and material handling. Provide regular progress report updates and conduct site reviews with the Project Manager and visiting contractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP/Civil supervision, preferably in interior Fit-Out projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
