Supervise daily site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate and manage on-site joinery, carpentry, and fit-out teams.
Monitor progress against project schedules and report to project managers.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions accurately.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently.
Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship.
-Minimum
5 years of experience as a foreman in fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.
-Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out processes.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-Proven leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
-Familiarity with UAE safety standards and construction regulations.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
-Language needed (Hindi, English is a must)
