Fit-Out Foreman

to join our team and lead on-site execution with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage fit-out site activities from start to finish Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Interpret drawings, plans, and schedules to ensure proper execution Monitor workforce, equipment, and materials for smooth workflow Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and time standards Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to management Solve on-site technical problems and proactively prevent delays Manage and discipline the workforce to maintain productivity Ensure inspections, snagging, and handovers are completed as per client requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or similar supervisory role Proven experience in joinery, gypsum, ceiling, partition, painting, and MEP coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills Knowledge of Dubai municipality/Trakhees/DDA/DCD regulations is an advantage Valid UAE driving license Can join immediately
