Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all carpentry works in fit-out projects.
Read and understand shop drawings and execution plans.
Distribute tasks to workers and follow up on site activities.
Coordinate with site engineers and other trades.
Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project schedules.
Monitor materials, tools, and site safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Carpentry Foreman in fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of interior carpentry works (doors, kitchens, wardrobes, wooden decorations).
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
UAE experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and site management skills.
