Fit Out Estimator (mep)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design Fit Out project estimation, with at least 3-5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects base on BOQ drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
Analyze project requirements, materials, labour and timeline to product competitive quotation
Measure quantities from drawings (BOQ preparation)
Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes
Assist in tender submissions and pricing documentation
Support senior QS/Estimator in cost planning and budgeting
Maintain project documentation, variation logs, and payment records
Maintain and update database of prices and vendor contacts
Liaise with site teams to track project progress and costs
Conduct post-tender analysis and value engineering
