Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Estimator

with

at least 1 year of UAE experience in interior fit-out works

. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating tender documents, and assisting the commercial team in pricing and budgeting for various fit-out projects including commercial, retail, and residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Study and analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope to prepare accurate cost estimates. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to align on cost-related aspects. Participate in tendering, bid preparation, and post-tender clarifications. Analyze project risks and provide cost-saving/value engineering options. Keep updated records of material prices, labor rates, and market trends in the UAE.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in fit-out estimation

(commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality). Solid understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, market rates, and vendor pricing in the UAE. Proficient in preparing BOQs and interpreting technical drawings. Familiar with estimation tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Excel; knowledge of PlanSwift or Candy is a plus). Good analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an added advantage.
