in line with hotel brand standards, consultant requirements, and site conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and revise
fit-out shop drawings
including architectural finishes, joinery, and interior details
Coordinate drawings with
MEP, structural, and FF&E layouts
Develop detailed drawings for
walls, ceilings, floors, joinery, and bespoke finishes
Ensure drawings comply with
approved IFC drawings, specifications, and hotel brand standards
Support material submissions, mock-ups, and site coordination
Incorporate consultant and site comments in a timely manner
Maintain proper drawing records and revision control
Coordinate closely with the
project team, site engineers, and subcontractors
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Fit-Out / Interior Draftsman
Proven experience in
5-star or luxury hotel projects
Strong knowledge of
fit-out details and construction methods
Proficient in
AutoCAD
(Revit experience is an advantage)
Familiar with
UAE construction standards and approval processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Able to work under tight deadlines
