to oversee and manage high-quality interior fit-out and civil works projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with site execution, coordination, and delivering fast-track interior and civil projects within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site fit-out and civil construction activities
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Supervise site execution (partitions, MEP coordination, finishes, joinery, etc.)
Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and manage site resources
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
3-7 years of experience in fit-out or civil interior projects (retail, office, hospitality, etc.)
Solid knowledge of finishing materials, construction techniques, and site supervision
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on fast-track sites
Preferred:
Experience working with interior contractors or design-build firms
Knowledge of local building codes and authority approvals
UAE/Gulf experience (if applicable to your location)
