Job Title: Fit-Out Project Manager

Location: Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar

About Us:

H&N Interior Decorations is a top design and build firm specializing in high-end commercial and residential fit-outs. We're looking for a skilled Project Manager who can not only deliver projects on time and on budget but also help us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee entire fit-out projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closing. You'll manage teams, ensure quality standards, and handle all client communication and documentation.
Sales and Business Development: Actively find and acquire new clients. You will prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and industry partners to secure new and repeat business.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out or construction industry.
Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role with a track record of meeting targets.
Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid Qatar Driver's License is required.
