We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitout Business Development (BD) Coordinator to join our clients\' team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience within the fitout industry and demonstrate a deep understanding of fitout project lifecycles. Fluent Arabic language skills are essential for effective communication with local clients and stakeholders. The Fitout BD Coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in the fitout industry.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine business development strategies aligned with company goals.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target market.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations and project feasibility.

Business Development Activities:

• Actively seek out new business opportunities and projects by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Develop a pipeline of potential fitout projects and track opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle.

Negotiation and Contract Closure:

• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

Language Proficiency:

• Utilize fluent Arabic language skills to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and project details.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams including design, project management, and procurement to ensure seamless project handover and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the fitout industry.
• Strong understanding of fitout project lifecycles, industry standards, and best practices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
