About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at our premium Pilates studio in DIFC. The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that the studio is kept spotless, hygienic, and welcoming for all members and staff at all times. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain overall cleanliness of the studio, reception, retail area, changing rooms, washrooms, and staff areas. Clean and disinfect Pilates equipment, mats, and props before and after classes. Regularly sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all studio and common areas. Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning products, etc.) as required. Dispose of trash and recycling daily in accordance with building and municipality requirements. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the Studio Manager. Follow proper cleaning, sanitisation, and health & safety protocols at all times. Support with occasional laundry of towels and studio linens. Ensure that the studio is always presentable and welcoming for clients.

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a gym, studio, hotel, or retail environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Physically fit to manage cleaning tasks and equipment. Basic English communication skills. Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 6 days per week (shift timings to be agreed with Studio Manager). Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
