USA based HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Senior Marketing & Sales Associate (Fitness Studio).

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:

Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long term members. Performing various tasks to promote the brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events. Complete a minimum of 6 days per week unless otherwise noted by management. Always use the time clock provided to account for all work hours. Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management. Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift. Assist manager in social media engagement posts, promotions, and on-going ad campaigns by providing insight on results, ideas, and more to increase traffic and promote online engagement. Review and update Studio Prospecting/Client tracking logs daily to ensure proper exercise of prospecting duties and follow to increase sales opportunity and personal commissions. This includes new member follow-up, new guest tracking, etc. Arrive early, 15 minutes is recommended before all scheduled work shifts, outside promotions, corporate sales appointments, and employee educational/training sessions. Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct. While on the clock or attending any official studio functions, all staff must wear officially branded tops with official name badges at a minimum. No exceptions are allowed. Always strive for only 5-star online ratings for Yelp, Facebook, Google, and other listing sites! 5 stars happen when the studio maintains a culture of supreme customer service and hospitality! Turn negative reviews into 5 stars by contacting the customer and going above and beyond to solve their grievances!
Our ideal candidates have excellent communication skill in English and Russian, 4-years previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses. We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, ATTRACTIVE commissions, a free studio membership and product discounts.
