Our partner is a fantastic forward-thinking operator in beautiful Oman, and has recently commenced the search for a highly visible Sales & Marketing Director to join an already strong senior leadership team to take accountability for new member growth.

Job details: The Sales & Marketing Director will be an accomplished multisite sales operator who has been in the fitness sector for a minimum of seven years, working their way through club-level positions into middle and / or senior management. An inspirational leader with a natural flair for motivating their teammates; the successful candidate will be comfortable strategising and improving sales and marketing processes whilst driving performance on the front-line through tactical (hands-on) actions. You'll almost certainly know which lever to pull (and when) to leverage high-performance, learnt primarily over years of practise.

On the marketing front, the successful director will understand product positioning, performance marketing and have experience in driving effective marketing and promotional campaigns.

Our partner operates a consistently high-performing business and regularly brings new innovation into both the region and market, therefore knowledge of fitness industry and customer trends will be beneficial.

The ability to speak Arabic is not essential, however candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken). Although experience of the Middle East is not essential, there is an advantage to candidates who have lived life as an expatriate, thereby understanding cultural differences that will be experienced each and every day. Visa support will be provided to the successful candidate.
