Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily gym operations and ensure smooth functioning of all fitness areas.
Lead, motivate, and manage personal trainers and fitness staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Achieve the Monthly Personal Training Budget.
Develop and implement fitness programs and member engagement strategies.
Monitor membership trends and create retention strategies.
Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff training.
Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards are met.
Support marketing and sales initiatives to increase membership and revenue.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a fitness management or leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE).
Proven track record in achieving sales and performance targets.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
