Job Title: Fitness Center Manager (Female)

:

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Female Fitness Center Manager to lead and manage our women's gym. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, sales, and gym management, with proven experience in the UAE for more than three years.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the fitness center. Supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets. Provide training and development for staff to ensure excellent customer service. Develop and implement new strategies to increase memberships and improve gym performance. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in the facility. Handle member inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. Work under pressure and manage long working hours when required.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in fitness and gym management in the UAE. Strong background in fitness training and personal coaching. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Professional, organized, and results-driven. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
