to lead the fitness operations in our UAE-based facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing fitness teams, and a deep understanding of fitness trends and client engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, developing innovative programs, and ensuring the gym complies with UAE health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the fitness center, including personal training, group classes, and member services.
Hire, train, and manage fitness staff including personal trainers, instructors, and receptionists.
Design and implement fitness programs tailored to a diverse, multicultural clientele.
Monitor gym equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols in line with UAE regulations.
Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent member satisfaction.
Work with sales and marketing teams to increase membership and engagement.
Prepare schedules, manage departmental budgets, and report on KPIs to senior management.
