Job Description

Responsibilities including:

  • Recruiting, training and supervising & evaluating the trainers. * Ensure that all staffs follow center's procedures and policies. * Create an inspiring environment for the team. * Maintaining fitness equipment. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. * Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programs. Assign duties and delete the same to others depending on their individual skills and talents. * Dealing with inquires Complain & Emergency. * Assist in developing and maintaining workout programs. * Ensure gym facility is maintained clean, safe and orderly. * Maintain all paperwork regarding personal training schedules and procedures. * Writing monthly or weekly reports and preparing cash projections for senior management. * Responsible for keeping a track record of stocks, maintaining and overseeing the inventory records.
Experience: 7 years + relevant experience in managing a large team in fitness/leisure/sports industry. Required Education & Certificates : Usually, a bachelor's degree in subjects like exercise, physical education or business /REPs Certificate or equivalent and Advanced First Aid is must. Key skills for fitness Centre managers: Customer service skills: As front-facing representatives of a facility, fitness managers should have soft skills that enable them to meet and exceed client expectations. * Motivational skills: Fitness managers need to supervise and inspire teams of employees. * Organizational skills: Fitness managers oversee scheduling and exercise plans and keep track of equipment maintenance and permits. * Problem-solving skills: Critical thinking, adapting to change, and willingness to be accountable are all crucial to the role. * Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Remotely: * No Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
