Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement personalized training programs for members.
Continuously assess and update training plans based on client progress.
Ensure completion of medical screening questionnaires prior to exercise.
Administer First Aid when necessary.
Maintain daily Gym Standards Checklist and ensure gym cleanliness.
Enforce all Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
Report daily gym activity, including complaints, new users, and program updates.
Implement gym rules and regulations consistently.
Collaborate with other instructors to create comprehensive fitness programs.
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for client improvement.
Promote a positive, fun, and motivating atmosphere for all gym users.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physical education.
Certified in Personal Training from a recognized organization.
First Aid and CPR certifications required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC.
Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, workout routines, and gym equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Confident and engaging personality for effective member interaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and maintain high professional standards.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
