. Act as the representative of the company in project meetings, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and other project team members.
Duties Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supervising workers
Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
Keeping detailed records of construction site activities
Assessing and managing safety hazards in the workplace
Managing and instructing site workers
Setting goals for the team
Seeing projects through to completion
Scheduling equipment maintenance as needed
Training new construction employees
Performing first aid in emergencies when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
