to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site activities, including installation, finishing, and site logistics.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and deadlines.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Report daily progress, site challenges, and resource needs to management.
Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards.
Manage site staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
Maintain site documentation, including attendance, progress reports, and material records.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fitout projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Mandatory valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience with residential and commercial fitout projects.
