Job Description

1. Attend the production kick-off meeting and understand the layout and 3D drawings in detail, check the samples, ensure the necessary approvals are obtained, brief, and allocate the site in charge accordingly. Also, prepare a Method of Statement for every project.

2. Cordially visit the site with the site In-charge, carefully examine the arrangement (LOD), and verify if there are any mismatches and damages. Collaborate with the design and operations team accordingly.

3. Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Ensure that the project maintains high-quality standards. Also, inform the MEP lead on the requirement of materials.

4. Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors efficiently. Check the work schedules and project status, plan and execute the tasks accordingly. Ensure efficient and accurate execution of all tasks at the site by managing and supervising the team.

5. Ensure execution of the project as per the agreed guidelines, and effectual completion of work on time with no compromise on the quality. Inform Production

6. Identifying potential risks associated with the project, implementing proactive measures, and communicating with appropriate stakeholders.

7. Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and wears appropriate safety gear and uniform at work. Monitor the performance of the team downline and share feedback accordingly.

8. Coordinate with Building landlords and Mall Management as required.

9. Make sure that the work location is kept clean at all times and dispose of waste daily.

10. Avoid wastage and return tools/ materials to relevant stakeholders.

11. Check the finishing of each product and ensure the project completion is as per the agreed 3D design.

12. Communicate the daily work status to the clients.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
