to oversee and manage all on-site erection activities related to structural steel projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate structural steel erection works at site.
Ensure alignment, bolting, and welding are performed as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with fabrication, QC, and safety teams for smooth execution.
Prepare daily site progress reports and manpower allocation.
Verify material availability, lifting plans, and site readiness before erection.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support to site supervisors and foremen.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in
structural steel erection / fabrication projects
.
Strong knowledge of
erection sequence, rigging, lifting plans
, and structural drawings.
Excellent site coordination and manpower management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
