We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Fit-Out Site Engineer
to oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site supervision and a passion for interior fit-out projects, including retail, residential, hospitality, or commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
:
Project Planning and Execution
:
Manage day-to-day operations of the fit-out site, including supervising site activities and ensuring compliance with plans.
Plan work schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Coordination
:
Liaise with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project's smooth execution.
Address and resolve technical issues on-site.
Quality Assurance
:
Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and designs.
Cost Management
:
Monitor project budgets and expenses
Ensure efficient use of materials and manpower.
Documentation
:
Prepare and maintain detailed records, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
Health and Safety
:
Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE.
Key Skills
:
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications
