Job Description

We are looking to employ a qualified and competent FIT-OUT Site Engineer who will be responsible for:

Managing the construction site, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

Managing and supervising contractors and workers on site

Scheduling and overseeing material deliveries and equipment use

Ensuring that work is completed to the required quality standards

Managing budgets and timelines for projects

Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors

Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Ensuring that project milestones are met and that work is completed on time

Conducting site surveys and providing reports to senior management

Skills are Required:

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations

Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD and BIM

Strong time management and organization skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications are Required:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

FIT-OUT proven experience is must.

Ability to work in AMAALA project.

Relevant work experience in construction or engineering

Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and BIM

Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes

Professional certification, such as Professional Engineer (PE) license, may be required.
