- MUST HAVE UAE/GCC-based experience in interior construction.
- Large-scale and complex project experience in the Gulf is absolutely necessary.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Commercial Manager.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is a must.
- Tier 1 GCC-based background is a bonus, but not necessary.
- Review contracts and flag risks early.
- Build and manage project budgets.
- Lead subcontractor negotiations.
- Handle variations, claims, and delays.
- Own the commercial side: cost control, reporting, and cash flow.
- Support contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Align teams on scope, timelines, and procurement.
- Drive resolutions with clients and consultants.
- Keep projects on track financially and contractually.
