Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
Fit-out Sales Person
to join our expanding team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, promoting interior fit-out solutions, and managing client relationships from lead generation to project handover. The candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and finalize sales deals in line with company objectives.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for solution delivery.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong client network and market knowledge in UAE.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous UAE experience in turnkey interior fit-out sales.
Established connections with consultants, real estate developers, and contractors.
