Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Interior Fit-Out Sales Executive

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and closing interior fit-out project deals. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel to client locations and project sites. Therefore, the candidate

must have a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and digital platforms. Conduct meetings with clients to understand their interior fit-out needs, budget, and timelines. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers with support from design and estimation teams. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate project delivery aligned with client expectations. Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely collections and contract compliance. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, market pricing, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or a related field in the UAE. A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.

Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The ability to read technical drawings and BOQs is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
