. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing projects in the interior fit-out and renovation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new leads for fit-out and contracting projects in Dubai
Meet clients, understand project requirements, and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and property managers
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in fit-out / interior contracting sales in Dubai
Strong knowledge of the Dubai construction and fit-out market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
