Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and report updates to management and clients.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Obtain necessary approvals and NOCs from Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
Oversee site teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover documents.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience
in UAE interior fit-out project management.
Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes.
Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or retail fit-out projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
