Job Description

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules for interior fit-out works
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
- Track progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
- Analyse project risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients
- Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in planning for fit-out projects (mandatory)
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, sequences, and construction methodologies
- Excellent time management, coordination, and communication skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or post-contract cost control
- Ability to assist with or oversee budget tracking and variation management
