Job Description

As Fit-Out Project Manager, you will lead site operations on high-end luxury retail fit-out projects, from pre-construction planning through delivery and handover. This role requires technical depth, strong stakeholder coordination, and a passion for precision and craftsmanship.

Oversee all stages of fit-out projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. Prepare project schedules, track progress, and resolve site issues proactively. Ensure compliance with design specs, safety regulations, and quality standards. Manage procurement, cost control, and timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and local regulations. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
