The Role

Our client, an FM Service Provider is currently seeking a Fit Out Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE o Lead Fit Out Operations: Manage all aspects of high-quality Fit Out services across projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. o Team Management: Supervise a team of direct and indirect reports, oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, staff training, and career development. o Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage departmental budgets, control P&L, generate revenue, and ensure financial compliance and reporting. o Client & Project Management: Understand client needs, provide technical reviews (Civil/MEP), ensure timely and compliant fit-out delivery, and handle client interactions professionally.



Requirements

Degree in Civil Eng or Architecture o Fit Out services experience, with at least 3 years at management level within an FM, hospitality, retail or similar environment. o Experience in managing Fit Out services contractors and/or sub-contractors. o Experience in dealing with various authorities including DM, DCD, DEWA, District Cooling and Free Zones in the UAE o Experience in mobilizing Fit Out services/contracts.
