We are looking for a
Fit-Out & Renovation Foreman
to oversee daily site operations and ensure that all renovation and fit-out works are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to fit-out and renovation works.
Lead site teams, including technicians, carpenters, painters, electricians, and subcontractors.
Ensure all tasks are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance on-site.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Report project status, site issues, and progress updates to the project engineer or manager.
Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and clients for timely material delivery and approvals.
Inspect finishing works (carpentry, ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions, etc.) to maintain quality standards.
Ensure all renovation works comply with UAE safety and building regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil / Interior / Fit-Out or equivalent field.
Minimum
5 years of experience in the UAE
handling
fit-out and renovation
projects.
Strong knowledge of
interior finishing, civil, and basic MEP coordination
.
Ability to read drawings and supervise multiple trades on-site.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
