Supervise daily fit-out activities including gypsum, ceiling, joinery, flooring, painting, and finishing works
Manage site manpower and allocate tasks effectively
Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
Coordinate with Site Engineer, MEP teams, and subcontractors
Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are strictly followed
Report daily progress and site issues to Site Engineer / Project Manager
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years experience
in fit-out works, with
Qatar experience preferred
Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and site execution
Ability to read drawings and coordinate works on site
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
